Theater Antigone treats the privacy of our website users with great importance. Most of the information on this site is available without the need to provide personal information, but sometimes we ask the user for personal information.

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

1. When you use our services, we need some personal information from you. We ask for your first and last name, zip code and place of residence, your e-mail address and telephone or mobile number.
2. When you sign up to receive our seasonal brochure and magazine, we will need your full postal address.
3. When registering for theater ateliers (Plankenkoorts) or workshops, we ask for a date of birth. This way we can check whether the registered person meets any age requirements to participate in the theater ateliers (Plankenkoorts) or the workshop. For underage participants, we also ask for the name of one of the parents, a mobile number and e-mail address.
4. In certain cases, such as for theater ateliers (Plankenkoorts) or some workshops, we ask the participant to complete a medical form. This data is strictly confidential and will only be consulted in the event of medical urgency or to check in advance whether there are certain allergies or medical conditions that may limit the participant from participating in some activities. The medical form will be destroyed after the activity.

WHERE DO WE COLLECT THIS DATA?

Antigone needs some personal data to provide certain services:

4. Service mailing before and/or after your visit
5. Contact in case of a program change or cancellation
6. To analyze and improve our services (occupancy rate of our shows, geographical analysis of our audience, etc.)

When making reservations or registrations, you can choose to subscribe to our digital newsletter. You will then receive regular information about our operations and activities and a look behind the scenes. You can also register for our magazine.

WHO USES THE DATA?

The personal information you provide to Antigone is used by Antigone itself. In certain cases, third parties do gain access to your data, for example if Antigone collaborates with other organizations that need that data to realize ticket sales or activities. When organizing activities together, your first name and surname can be shared with the co-organizer, for example to draw up an attendance list. Since July 2023, Antigone has also used the Tixly ticket service.

PHOTOGRAPHS

When participating in Antigone activities, photos or video footage can be taken. These serve as report on the performance, workshop or activity and can appear on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), on the website or in the company's newsletter. For similar events, the footage can also be used in subsequent seasons to announce or promote the upcoming activity. If, after reading this privacy statement, you agree with the way in which Antigone handles personal data, you agree to the creation and distribution of images in which you may be seen. If you still object to one of those images, you can let us know via communicatie@antigone.be or notify the photographer or one of our employees at the time.

COOKIES

This website uses cookies. A cookie is a small file that is sent by our website with certain pages and stored by your browser. We use cookies to enable the reservation of tickets or activities. You can disable cookies via your browser, but keep in mind that certain functionalities of the website will no longer work. Without cookies it is not possible to order tickets on this website. Antigone believes it is important that you have a good idea of ​​how we handle your personal data.
