The ABC project is a theatre project in cooperation with Wijkcentrum Overleie, Sint-Amandscollege, de Sprong and a number of enthusiastic volunteers, in which children aged 9 to 10 are given the chance to develop their theatre talent.

Throughout the school year, Wijkcentrum Overleie organises homework classes to support first- and second-year pupils in doing their homework and processing subject matter. This theatre project supports third and fourth year children as a follow-up to the homework class. For four Wednesday afternoons and three days in the autumn holidays, the ABC project fully immerses the children in the world of theatre. Under the guidance of two professional makers (Rhona Vandenberghe and Johannes Lievens) and four enthusiastic volunteers, they discover the stage, build scenery and work on a show moment.
